• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The name on the payment account must match the name on the ptcasino account.
• Ptcasino reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction, and withdrawals may be placed on hold during the investigation.
• If money laundering or fraudulent activity is proven, the account in question will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

5Gaming Rules

All games at ptcasino are powered by an independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator). No game outcome can be manually controlled.

• If a game round is left incomplete due to a software error or network disconnection, ptcasino may void that round.
• The use of any automated betting software, bots, or artificial assistance is strictly prohibited.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a technical error will be voided.
• If a match or event is cancelled after a bet has been accepted on Sports Betting, the bet will be settled in accordance with ptcasino's policy.
